Luciano Schipelliti, a 28-year-old man from Haverhill, allegedly lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in cryptocurrency investments on two occasions and misled his clients. On Wednesday, he was charged in U.S. District Court in Boston with wire fraud for fraudulently obtaining $350,000 from investors. Schipelliti has agreed to plead guilty before Senior U.S. District Judge F. Dennis.
