Panther Minerals (GLIOF) has appointed Rick Mah as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.

He succeeds David Beck, who has resigned from his roles as CFO and Corporate Secretary but will continue to support the company as a member of the board of directors.

Mah brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience across the technology, hospitality, and finance sectors, working with both public and private companies.
